Trostyanets city hromada has received further support from international partners and donors — three new 25 kW AKSA diesel generators from the United Nations International Children’s Emergency Fund (UNICEF).
This is an important contribution to strengthening the community’s energy independence in the face of regular power outages. Reliable backup power sources will ensure the uninterrupted operation of critical infrastructure even during prolonged power outages!

According to Oleksiy Kotko, head of the Department of Housing, Construction, Public Works, and Energy Management, the generators will be transferred to the community’s water intakes and to the Trostyanets City Hospital. This means a stable water supply for the residents of Trostyanets and guaranteed operation of the medical facility, where uninterrupted power supply is a matter of safety and preservation of patients’ lives.
Each such aid is an opportunity to support the community’s vital functions and respond quickly to the challenges of wartime.
Thanks to the support of its partners, the Trostyanets community continues to strengthen its resilience and autonomy.
We sincerely thank UNICEF for its constant attention to the needs of our community, its solidarity, and its significant contribution to ensuring the stable operation of critical infrastructure.
Together we are stronger!
