München Hilft Ukraine e.V.
Munich Helps Ukraine e.V. is a non-profit aid initiative founded in 2022 to provide humanitarian assistance in Ukraine. The organization is based at Schönstraße 55, 81543 Munich, and is a registered non-profit association. Since its inception, the organization has been organizing direct aid for people in Ukraine and coordinating various measures to ensure efficient and effective humanitarian support.
A particular focus of the aid is on supporting children, senior citizens, and families in need who are especially affected by the crisis. The organization collaborates with various individuals, including refugees and supporters, to promote integration and provide targeted assistance. In close cooperation with the local municipality and other municipalities, the accommodation and care of refugees is organized and coordinated. By providing vital resources and organizing aid projects, the organization makes a significant contribution to alleviating suffering in Ukraine.
The mission of our organization is clearly defined: Donations should be used efficiently, transparently, and without delay to provide quick and sustainable help to those in need. The association places great importance on ensuring that all funds raised flow directly into concrete projects that directly benefit the people of Ukraine.
Transparent use of donations ensures that aid reaches those who need it most. This strengthens donor trust and motivates others to get involved in supporting this worthy cause. The efficiency and traceability of aid measures are always paramount. However, in-kind donations should not be dropped off without prior request, as this can lead to logistical problems.
