An important step in the restoration and development of the infrastructure of the Trostyanets community was taken thanks to the support of the USAID Hoverla project. This time, municipal workers received three new ARPAL AM-200 BD-K branch shredders, which are already ready for operation.
The USAID Hoverla project has been a reliable partner of the Trostyanets City Council for almost a year. During the war, when the community faces numerous challenges, support in the restoration of vital infrastructure is especially important. The new equipment that has arrived in the community is another proof of active assistance from international partners.

The three ARPAL AM-200 BD-K branch shredders, which were transferred to the Chiste Misto municipal enterprise, have already been equipped, filled with lubricant and mounted on trailers for convenient transportation. This modern equipment will allow for more efficient processing of branches and wood in remote settlements of the community, which is an important aspect for maintaining cleanliness and order.

The availability of new equipment will positively affect the quality of life of the residents of Trostyanets. Here are some of the main benefits:
- effective waste management: shredders will reduce the amount of waste generated during tree and shrub pruning and turn it into useful materials, such as mulch for gardens and parks, and fuel;
- improvement of landscaping: regular maintenance of green spaces will make public spaces more attractive and comfortable for recreation;
- reduction of fire risks: clearing the area of dry branches and wood reduces the likelihood of fires, especially in the summer.

Trostyanets city hromada continues to work actively to restore and improve its infrastructure. Thanks to the support of USAID project “HOVERLA” and other international partners, the city is able to overcome the consequences of the war more quickly and create comfortable conditions for its residents.
Head of the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Landscaping and Energy Management of the Trostyanets City Council, Oleksiy Kotko, expressed sincere gratitude to USAID project HOVERLA for the assistance provided and emphasized that such support is extremely important for the further development of the municipality. The received equipment will become an important tool in the daily work of municipal services, which will certainly affect the quality of life of every resident of Trostyanets municipality.

Trostyanets city example demonstrates how important international cooperation is in solving urgent community problems, especially in difficult times. Thanks to the efforts and support of projects such as USAID project HOVERLA, our cities are becoming stronger and more resilient to the challenges of today.
