Trostyanets city hromada closely cooperates with USAID project “HOVERLA”. This project is being implemented in Ukraine thanks to United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the support of the American people.
HOVERLA helps our municipality recover on the principle of “rebuild better than before”, focusing on the supply of special equipment for municipal services.
Today, Trostyanets received important charitable technical assistance from HOVERLA / USAID project in Ukraine: the second powerful YTO NLX 1304 tractor, and we received the first such tractor in August of this year!

The tractor has high technical characteristics and a modern, comfortable cab for the tractor driver. Its power: 13 horsepower, which is sufficient to perform work in the agricultural sector of the community.
So the municipal enterprise “Local Development Agency” will no longer need to hire special equipment for cultivating the fields. The new tractor from the benefactors was met and inspected by the mayor, Yuriy Bova, together with the head of the municipal department of the city council, Oleksiy Kotko.
“I am extremely pleased that the Hoverla project takes into account the needs of the Trostyanets community. Tractors, a dump truck, a branch shredder, a grader, and buses have already arrived. On the way are a truck tower and two small tractors for carrying out landscaping and earthmoving works,” – said Trostyanets mayor Yuriy Bova.
The mayor, on behalf of the entire Trostyanets municipality, on his own behalf, and on behalf of all our utility workers, expressed his boundless gratitude to our reliable partners – the USAID HOVERLA Project for their assistance in the restoration and development of Trostyanets city hromada!
