Trostyanets city hromada is successfully developing a partnership with the USAID Project “HOVERLA”. This project is being implemented in Ukraine thanks to United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the sincere support of the American people.
Today, Trostyanets received important humanitarian technical assistance from HOVERLA / the USAID project in Ukraine: a new powerful FORD dump truck.

This dump truck has high technical characteristics, a carrying capacity of 20 tons. This was announced by the Mayor of Trostyanets, Yuriy Bova, who inspected the new special equipment and made sure that everything is working properly.
“This is a huge support for the Trostyanets municipal workers! Our partners are helping us gradually replace outdated equipment that often breaks down”, – says the Mayor Yuriy Bova, “We submitted an application to the Hoverla Project, where we indicated the technical needs of the community, and this is primarily a dump truck. With this dump truck, we will be able to transport sand, gravel and niche cargo to remote starosta districts, saving time and fuel. In winter, we will install a sand spreader on this vehicle, and we will use it to sprinkle roads during ice. In addition, the utility company will be able to provide freight transportation services to the population, so community residents will be able to order this vehicle for cargo transportation“.
Mayor Yuriy Bova, on behalf of the Trostyanets municipality, personally and on behalf of all our utility workers, expresses gratitude to reliable partners – the USAID HOVERLA Project for assistance in the restoration and development of Trostyanets city hromada!
