One of the important tasks of hromada’s reconstruction is the provision of all necessary services to the population. For more than a year, the Trostyanets Administrative Services Center has been actively cooperating with the United Nations Development Program for this purpose. It is thanks to the UN Program for Recovery and Peacebuilding, funded by the European Union, that our ASC received new high-quality office furniture and computer equipment.
This made it possible to equip 13 ASC administrators’ workplaces at the proper level. Taking into account today’s requirements, the ASC administrators’ workplaces are equipped with modern office computer equipment, including card readers, which are designed to read information from the passport of a citizen of Ukraine in the form of an ID card and a biometric international passport. A children’s corner has been set up for visitors with small children.

“Cooperation with UNDP began shortly after the liberation of Trostyanets from enemy occupation, it is of paramount importance, because our ASC was damaged and completely looted by the Russian military, and now it is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable, high-quality and fast service to our visitors. – says Svitlana Andrukh, head of the ASC. – We are very grateful for the help, because we have the opportunity to provide residents of our community in comfortable conditions with high-quality administrative services, which are provided for by law, in full. Today we provide more than three hundred public services to residents of the community!”
Thanks to the financial support of the UNDP international technical assistance project, a new service has appeared in the Trostyanets ASC – an information kiosk. This is a convenient and fast way to get all the necessary information yourself, without the help of an administrator. Technically, it is an automated software complex created on the basis of a personal computer and equipped with special functions for people with hearing and vision impairments.
“We also plan to use the mobile case to serve citizens who have health complications and are undergoing inpatient treatment in municipal medical institutions of the community“, – said Svitlana Andrukh.
The mobile case will also be needed to serve internally displaced persons, of whom more than 1,500 have arrived in our hromada since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. Among the IDP category, there are many people of retirement age, mothers with young children, and people with disabilities who need administrative services that require a visit to their place of residence.
