Our foreign friends and partners continue to support Ukraine with everything necessary so that our people can survive, wait for victory over the Russian aggressor, and have the opportunity to live in their country and rebuild it. So, today a truck arrived in Trostianets with a cargo that was collected from two cities: the German city of Montabaur and the Polish city of Rzeszow.

From the distant German city of Montabaur, which has already become our reliable partner, a 700 kW diesel mini-power plant arrived in Trostianets. This power plant was presented to us by Withold Groborz from Sibelco Deutschland.

“This mini-power plant can provide electricity to a residential area or several high-rise buildings. Today we unloaded this power plant, and we will install it in the neighborhood on Tatarenka Street, or in Neskuchne, where a temporary accommodation center for IDPs is being built, – said the mayor Yuriy Bova, – this power plant was given to us by our friends from the German city of Montabaur, so that we could ensure the energy independence of the community during possible shelling or long power outages.

From the Polish city of Rzeszów, a powerful 60 kW generator and five 6.5 kW generators were received from the charitable organization Fundacja Medyk dla Zdrowia. The Polish organization Caritas Diecezji Rzeszowskiej also received inverter mini-generators and modern furniture for temporary accommodation centers for internally displaced persons.

“Today we received a large batch of generators of different capacities, as well as furniture for temporary accommodation centers for IDPs. This is help from our two new partners, whom we met at a press conference in the Polish city of Rzeszów. These are the charitable organizations Fundacja Medyk dla Zdrowia and Caritas Diecezji Rzeszowskiej – the mayor of Trostyanets continued the story, – we will install a large generator in one of the city’s schools, we will distribute small ones to other institutions, and we will install furniture in a newly built center for internally displaced persons, so that our people can live in comfortable conditions until their destroyed housing is restored.

We express our sincere gratitude to our foreign friends from the city of Montabaur erleben, in particular Withold Groborz, as well as to our new partners Fundacja Medyk dla Zdrowia, Caritas Diecezji Rzeszowskiej for their support of Ukraine and the Trostyanets city hromada in particular.

Your attention and partnership strengthen our faith in Victory! With your help, we will be able to persevere, survive these difficult times and recover!

Municipal web-portal "Global Trostyanets" of Trostyanets city hromada was founded in May 2026 as a quick response and gratitude to all our international partners who helped our hromada survive after the occupation in 2022 and develop today. To some extent, this is a unique web resource, which has no analogues in Ukraine.

Trostyanets is becoming an example of high-quality reconstruction and resilience. Financial support from the state and international partners has given us the chance to restore the housing stock, equip premises for the accommodation of displaced persons, create modern medical institutions, launch the educational process, revive and develop the municipal sphere.

Today we have already demonstrated that restoration is not only about rebuilding buildings. It is the path to a qualitatively new level of life for municipality! We have become an example for the country and a convincing signal for foreign donors: aid brings tangible changes.
