Equipment donated by the Taiwan Office in Poland and the Polish International Aid Center (PCPM) has arrived in Trostyanets city hromada. These are four buses (one tourist bus and three low-floor buses), two garbage trucks, an excavator, and a sewage truck.
According to Mayor Yuriy Bova, last year’s acquaintance with the fund and long negotiations resulted in fruitful cooperation: for example, the local authorities are implementing 9 projects together with partners, for which the community was provided with municipal equipment.

The first of the important acquisitions is, of course, buses. Thus, a tourist bus is planned to be launched on the “Trostyanets — Sumy” route, as well as to transport residents to various competitions and recreation. According to the mayor of city, later the community will receive another such bus so that they can change each other. Other buses will run through the community; the city hall is calculating the option of organizing free transportation next year.
“This requires more buses on the routes to organize continuous transportation”, – comments Yuriy Bova.
Other municipal equipment will also be of great use to the residents of Trostyanets city hromada. For example, garbage trucks will allow waste to be removed faster and more efficiently; an excavator is planned to be used for repair and construction work, of which there are many planned after the presence of enemy troops in the community; a sewage truck will help maintain the water supply and sewage system at a high level.
