Trostianets city authorities aim to provide maximum support to internally displaced persons, who are arriving in our community from the frontline and war-affected areas of Ukraine every day.
By developing cooperation with the Global Empowerment Mission Ukraine (GEM) charity foundation, we are able to provide IDPs with food packages.
Today our partners have delivered another batch of humanitarian aid to Trostyanets: 1440 food parcels containing long-lasting and high-quality food products.
Currently, 148 IDPs from Krasnopillia hromada, which was almost completely destroyed by the enemy, are registered in our municipality. These people need special support and attention. They are the ones who received the humanitarian kits today.
The food parcels were distributed to the IDPs from Krasnopillia by employees of the social protection department.
More humanitarian packages are also planned for the next few days. Preference will be given to IDPs who arrived in our community from the frontline areas.
