3D modeling courses are in full swing

    Teenagers in city feel inspired, because they know that this work will help them restore their hometown in the future. And mentor Vladyslav Stepchyn @siverys clearly and consistently guides the process, helping children gain knowledge.

    The project “Support for the Summer School of Democratic Education within the framework of the work of the Center for Informal Education “Trostyanets”” in cooperation with the NGO “Center for European Integration of Slobozhanshchyna” in partnership with the NGO “Club “SHANS”, Trostyanets Public Library, within the framework of the project “EU Resilience Regions Program – Special Support Program for Ukraine” is co-financed by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

    Since May 2026 he works as content editor of the "Global Trostyanets" municipal web-portal.

    Since 2010, he had been working in local government, first as a member of Sumy City Council, initiated many social and political initiatives, including all-Ukrainian ones, and then as a coordinator of the implementation of decentralization reform, as well as medical, administrative and social services providing, and others.
    Also he has an experience of working on television, created several author's analytical programs, the most successful of which are interviews with famous people who move Ukrainian society forward.

    Since 2016 worked in several programs in Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Ukraine.

    In 2020 on municipal "TVT Channel" in Trostyanets city he worked as author and anchorman of "Time for reforms" program (analysis of sectoral reforms - health care, education, transport, budget policy). The program was supported by the "Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom" in Ukraine.

    Achievement of good governance and the European future of Ukraine have been the meaning of his professional life for the past 20 years.
