Trostyanets city authorities is actively cooperating with international partners for the fastest possible restoration of critical infrastructure and housing stock damaged as a result of hostilities during the occupation of Trostyanets city hromada.
Realizing the difficult situation in which the Trostyanets city hromada found itself due to the war crimes of the Russian Federation, foreign companies, organizations, and charitable foundations are supporting us in every way with everything necessary for reconstruction and stable passage of the winter period!
We are pleased to announce that the Trostyanets city hromada has received the second batch of high-quality roofing material – 3788 m2 of roofing felt from the Czech Republic, from our international partners – Sika Ukraine.



By the way, the first batch of roofing felt (400 m2) was delivered to Trostianets at the end of October. Part of the roofing felt is already being used to repair the roof of the boiler room of the Bilkivskyi starostat school.
Together with this humanitarian cargo, extremely useful humanitarian aid from our Czech sister city Bystrzyce nad Pernštejnem arrived in Trostyanets yesterday, November 28 – 9 generators (1 generator with a capacity of 3.5 kW, 8 generators with a capacity of 5.5 kW). They will provide heat to the Invincibility Points, bomb shelters, and kindergartens.
“We will use roofing felt to repair the roof of the “Bilochka” kindergarten, which suffered the greatest destruction of all educational institutions, to repair the damaged apartment buildings at Neskuchanka, 9, Blagovishchenska, 53 and to repair other housing with soft roofs,” said Viktor Nikonenko, Head of the Capital Construction Department.
