The final stage of the charity tour of Trostyanets’ residents “Days of Ukrainian Culture in Partner Cities of the EU” was a visit to the Czech Republic. Trostyanets’ residents visited our partner city Bystřice nad Pernštejnem with artistic events.
The residents of this ancient picturesque Czech city delighted Trostyanets’ residents with their hospitality, sincere empathy, faith in Ukraine and readiness to support it in every way!

A powerful concert in support of Ukraine was held on the square, in the open air! Both Trostyanets and Czech amateur artists performed inspiredly, giving the audience a high mood! Trostyan residents were pleasantly surprised by the sincere attention of local residents to the events in Ukraine, their friendly and warm attitude towards us, Ukrainians!
Teachers of the Palace of Children and Youth held master classes for Czech children on making souvenirs and jewelry in the Ukrainian national style.

The artistic events found a sincere response in the hearts of our Czech friends! And they also learned about the war in Ukraine, so to speak, “firsthand” – from the residents of Trostřice, who survived the enemy occupation.
Trostyanets city Mayor Yuriy Bova, personally and on behalf of all the residents of Trostyanets, sincerely thanked the residents of the city of Město Bystřice nad Pernštejnem for their charity and “friendly shoulder”, in particular, for providing generators. This helped our community survive the most difficult, wartime winter!
Yuriy Bova expressed gratitude to the entire Czech people for their active partnership, for their constant assistance during the war to us, Ukrainians! For believing in the victory of Ukraine!
