Trostyanets city hromada continues to cooperate with Polskie Centrum Pomocy Międzynarodowej (PCPM), which is actively helping our community recover.
Now our Polish friends have decided to support a new, extremely important project called “Safe City”, the essence of which is to create a single, powerful video surveillance system in the city.
This project is aimed at strengthening security in the community, preventing crime, strengthening defense capabilities and strengthening security measures during war.
In order to discuss the working points and plans for cooperation within the framework of this project, the representative of the foundation, Ms. Anna Radetzka, and her colleagues visited the city council.
During the occupation, the server and network equipment that provided video surveillance in the community was stolen by the Russian military. Due to constant shelling and bombing, a significant part of the fiber-optic networks was damaged, 90% of the cameras were destroyed.
