One of the first international charitable foundations that began supporting the Trostyanets community back in 2022, immediately after the liberation from occupation, is The Association Internationale de Coopération Médicale (AICM).
The president and founder of the foundation, Christian Carrer, personally came to Trostyanets with his colleagues and during a meeting with the mayor Yuriy Bova, expressed his sincere support for Ukraine and expressed his readiness to help Ukrainians in resisting the aggression of the ru.
And today again, despite the bad weather, the benefactors delivered another tranche of medical aid to Trostyanets for a total amount of UAH 63,638.
These are medicines and medical products that were ordered during the cooperation by our medical institutions: “Trostyanets City Hospital” and “Primary Health-Care Center. The benefactors also provided sets of long-term storage products that will be transferred to Trostyanets residents who need help most through social protection services.
Secretary of the Trostyanets City Council Natalia Kovaleva presented representatives of The Association Internationale de Coopération Médicale (AICM) with a letter of gratitude from the Trostyanets City Council and a commemorative statuette. On behalf of all residents of city hromada she thanked the benefactors for caring for the health of Ukrainians, for supporting our resilience, which will definitely help defeat the aggressor!
Head of the Primary Health-Care Center Svitlana Loboda also expressed gratitude to our partners on behalf of the entire staff of the medical institution and from patients. She noted that the medicines most in demand by patients were received: for hypertension, anti-allergic, for stomach diseases, as well as diapers for children and adults, etc.
“We will place a list with a complete list of medicines on a stand near the registration desk, and also publish it on our institution’s Facebook page. To get medicine, Trostyanets residents need to contact their family doctor“, – noted Svitlana Loboda and added that, “in accordance with the order, medical products that will be useful in the work of medical personnel have also arrived – tonometers, pulse oximeters, containers for collecting tests“.
Anatoliy Plakhtyrya, head of the Trostyanets City Hospital, thanked our international partners for the long and successful cooperation, and emphasized that exactly those medical drugs and products that were previously agreed upon with the fund have arrived. All this will be used to treat hromada’s residents in the hospital wards!
It should be added that representatives of the AISM Charitable Foundation also brought to Trostyanets city hromadaa humanitarian tranche for medical institutions of neighboring municipalities – Krasnopillya and Velyka Pysarivka, they were provided with assistance with unloading medical supplies and further loading them into vehicles for transportation to their settlements.
