For over three years, the Trostyanets City Council has been successfully cooperating with the international charitable foundation AICM (France – Ukraine). The partnership began immediately after the liberation of Trostyanets from occupation and continues to this day. During this time, the community has received a significant amount of humanitarian aid, in particular for medical institutions.
This time, the AICM delivered another shipment worth over 5 million hryvnias, which included medicines, medical supplies, and hygiene products. This aid was provided at the request of the Trostyanets City Hospital and the Primary Health Care Center. This aid was brought by the founder of the AICM International Charitable Foundation, Christian Carrer, and his colleague, the president of the foundation, Tatiana Grebenshchikova.
“We are sincerely grateful to the president of the foundation, Christian Carrer, who constantly takes care of our needs, helps us restore medical infrastructure, and does not leave Trostyanets without attention. Our community feels his support not only in words but also in real actions,“ emphasized Trostyanets Mayor Yuriy Bova during a meeting with the philanthropists. ”Mr. Christian Carrer is a doctor by profession, so he understands the needs and problems of our doctors well. Today, we received exactly what we need to restore our hospital. This means that we will be able to save the hospital’s financial resources for their purchase, as they are currently extremely limited.”

The Trostyanets City Hospital received medical supplies, instruments, a modern medical stretcher, and hygiene products; the Primary Health Care Center received medicines and diapers.
“We have been working with this foundation for a long time and are very grateful for their support,” said Svitlana Loboda, director of the Primary Health Care Center. “We have now received medicines for children and adults, as well as hygiene products. The medicines will be given to patients who visit their family doctors.”
Lilia Gontar, general director of the Trostyanets City Hospital, noted that the hospital received medicines for inpatient departments, diapers, and a very good stretcher, which will be useful for transporting bedridden patients, expressing sincere gratitude to the foundation for its support during this difficult time.
The cooperation of Trostyanets city hromada with international partners such as AICM is a manifestation of humanity, solidarity, and faith in our common future. Against the backdrop of constant threats and destruction, every gesture of support, every box of medicine, every visit by volunteers is not just help. It is part of a large international effort that helps communities survive and recover.
The Trostyanets City Council expresses its sincere gratitude to Christian Carrer, Tetiana Hrebenchykova, and the AICM Charitable Foundation for their support, assistance, and attention to our problems. Together we will win, together we are stronger!
